1 Introduction

SCB Tech Solution ("we", "our", or "us") operates the WiFi Calling - No Internet mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding your information when you use our App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Summary: This app operates entirely offline over your local Wi-Fi network. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data, audio, or video to any external servers.

2 Permissions We Request

To provide core calling functionality, the App requires specific device permissions. These permissions are used strictly locally on your device:

Permission	Why it is needed
Microphone	Required to capture your voice during active calls. Audio is only transmitted to the person you are directly calling.
Camera (Optional)	Required only if you choose to scan a QR code to quickly connect with another device on your network.
Location / Nearby Devices	Required by the Android operating system to discover nearby Wi-Fi networks and other devices on your local subnet.

3 Data Collection & Usage

We do not collect any personal data.

Audio and Chat Data: All voice calls and text chats are transmitted securely and directly (peer-to-peer) between your device and the person you are communicating with over your local Wi-Fi network. This data never touches the internet and is never routed through our servers.
Profile Data: Your chosen display name and a randomly generated device ID are stored locally on your device's storage. They are only broadcasted to other nearby users on your specific Wi-Fi network to identify you for incoming calls.
Call History: Your recent call logs are stored exclusively on your device's local storage.

4 Third-Party Services & Ads

Because our App is designed to function entirely offline without internet connectivity:

We do not use any third-party analytics trackers.
We do not display any advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob).
We do not include any in-app purchases or third-party authentication services.

5 Data Security

All communication (voice and chat) occurs over your local Wi-Fi router. The security of your communication depends on the security of your local Wi-Fi network (e.g., WPA2/WPA3 encryption). We recommend using trusted, password-protected Wi-Fi networks when using the App.

6 Children's Privacy

The App is rated for general audiences. Because the App operates entirely offline and does not collect or transmit personal information to external servers, it is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

7 Data Retention & Deletion

Because we do not store any of your data on external servers, you have complete control over your data.

To delete all data associated with the App:

You can clear your call history at any time from within the App's Settings tab.
Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently delete all local data, including your profile name, device identity, and call history.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
