Susan Chikanbanjar ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Ludo mobile application ("the App"), distributed on Google Play for Android. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You can play Ludo without an account. Pass-and-play, games against the computer, and local Wi-Fi games run entirely on your device. Signing in is optional and is only needed for online multiplayer, cloud profile sync, the global leaderboard, and support tickets.

Local Wi-Fi ("Local network") games connect your devices directly and do not send game data to us at all.
What we do not collect: we do not use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, we do not collect GPS location, we do not store match histories, and we do not process any payment information.

The global leaderboard is public. If you sign in, your display name, profile photo and win record can be seen by other players in the app. If you would rather not appear there, play without signing in.

The App displays advertisements through Unity LevelPlay and the advertising networks it mediates. These partners may use your Advertising ID, IP address and device information to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads.

While an ad-free period is active, no ads are requested and no ad-related data is collected.
The App does not offer in-app purchases and does not process payments of any kind. We never collect, process or store payment information such as card numbers.
Instead, you may optionally watch a rewarded video advertisement to earn a period of ad-free play. This is entirely voluntary — nothing in the game is locked behind it.
Your ad-free status is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us or linked to your account.

The App is rated for general audiences but is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. Online match rooms are temporary and are removed when the match ends.
