We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Its Football account and what happens to your data.
01 How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from within the app by following these steps:
Open the Its Football app on your device
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
Tap Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your decision when prompted
Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at scbtechsolution@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your account.
02 What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days:
Data That Will Be Deleted
Your email address and display name
Your Firebase Authentication credentials
Your notification preferences and FCM token
Your app preferences and settings
Any personalization data tied to your account
Data That May Be Retained
Aggregated analytics — anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for app improvement purposes
Crash logs — anonymized diagnostic data may be retained for up to 90 days
Legal obligations — data required to be retained by law will be kept for the legally required period
03 Important Things to Know
This action is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again.
If you purchased ad-free access via Google Play, your purchase is managed by Google and is not affected by account deletion. You can manage your subscriptions through the Google Play Store.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account. You must follow the steps above to delete your account and associated data.
Account deletion requests made via email will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
