Delete Account — Beadline

What data will be deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account: email address, name and account ID
Your cloud save: coins, levels unlocked, stars, daily streaks and tutorial status

Progress stored on your phone is not affected. You can keep playing without an account, or remove it by uninstalling the app.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your cloud save cannot be recovered on any device.

You can delete your account using either method:

Open Beadline

Tap the gear icon to open Settings

Under Account, tap "Delete account"

Tap "Delete" to confirm (email accounts enter their password)

If you can't use the app, fill in the form below. It opens your email app with the request ready to send.

We process requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when your account has been deleted.

If nothing opened, email scbtechsolution@gmail.com with the subject "Beadline account deletion request" and your account's email address.

We may ask you to confirm the request from your account's email address.
